The 4-seconds rule! If your page takes longer than
4 seconds to load, chances are viewers are not going to have enough patience to wait.

2. Easy to find Contacts
You’ll be amazed at how many websites out there don’t provide an easy to reach contact information.
Viewers access your website at a different time of the day and for different reasons. Your site needs to provide multiple ways for them to contact you for any queries.
Please remember at a bare minimum to include an online form and an email address.
3. Be mobile friendly
Know your target audience and how they access your website. Have all the necessary inclusions even when viewed on different devices. Make sure your website load fast and looks great on all devices (desktop computers, tablets and smart phones).

Your website has to look the part. Professionally designed website will help your customers understand the values your business stand for, which is the main reason WHY they buy your products and services in the first place.
Things such as colours, font choices, user friendly navigation, up-to-date information, clean copywriting just to name a few, play an important part in your viewers overall experience of your brand.
